Company history
I have been shoeing full time since 1993, after graduating from
Oklahoma State Horseshoeing School. My specialty is shoeing performance
horses, from dressage to reining, with the bulk of my practice being western performance horses.
My biggest passion, however, is therapeutic shoeing. I get a lot of
satisfaction out of helping lame horses get comfortable. Many lame
horses are diagnosed as unsalvageable. I have found that quality
farrier care can often restore soundness to even the most bleak cases.
With the proper shoeing techniques, along with an understanding of the
complexities of the workings of the hoof, many horses who faced a life
of hoof pain or euthanasia can be restored to years of good use and even competition.
Over the 15 years I have been shoeing and helping horses, I have prided myself on "going the extra mile" for the horse. My business and my
commitment to the horse stand on a strong foundation of quality, knowledge and perseverance.
